My career began at the BBC's Editorial Policy department, developing a strong foundation in the ethics of documentary and journalism. After working on reportage and science productions, I loved contributing to BBC Four Arts documentaries.
Later I earned a Masters in Ethnography and Documentary from UCL/Goldsmiths. During this time I made the film LIDO for which I won an award at the London Architecture Film Festival. It also led me to collaborate with Ipsos Ethnography Centre of Excellence, producing powerful, insightful films.
As Global Video Commissioning Editor for Time Out Magazine, I implemented innovative video strategies, increasing social media engagement and promoting documentary content. I now excel as a freelance Creative Lead / Strategist / Producer on human-centred, emotive campaigns for brands such as Google, Puregym, Revolut, and British Heart Foundation.
As a cultural entrepreneur, I am developing The Duende Way: a social impact project promoting healing through filmed games. For this I research the intersection of performance art, play, embodiment, and neuroscience. Bilingual in Spanish and English and raised in London with a Bolivian-British heritage, my approach is enriched by comprehensive cultural studies and performing arts training in Buenos Aires.
